CORONO VIRUS UPDATE
YOUR ATHLETES ARE STILL TRAINING
No one truly knows how this is all going to play out. And as we navigate this time in athletics, one thing is clear: your athletes are still training. They're still working and lifting and running. They know that they can't afford to lose a step. And the same is true of their recovery.
While your athletes train from afar, we here at the AthletePractice, want to give your players to opportunity to recover in a way that keeps them healthy and motivated.
With our Program Experience your athletes receive a login code that only your team can use, up to 50 athletes, to access unlimited online classes that range from 15-60 minutes long.
Content will be continuously updated and customized, because HOW you recover still matters.

NOT ALL YOGA IS CREATED EQUAL
And it's not enough to just add yoga. Just like it's not enough to just do drills. YogaSport is a style of yoga specifically designed for athletes to maximize performance in their given field. These classes focus on gentle movement as a form of recovery. We minimize weight-bearing poses, like chatarunga and down dog, in favor of more supine and reclined stretches.
The science and structure of a yoga class still applies because the science works. It's the poses and the duration of them that is altered. These sequences have been tested over several years, working with every type of athlete. With all of the different styles of yoga, YogaSport offers what many don't - a true recovery. One that settles the mind without taxing the body; One that puts movement first and one that takes the player's experience into account.
