who is this for?

The program membership is for any program or club looking to incorporate yoga as a regular part of their team's recovery strategy.

We work with each organization to schedule a training and then create a direct portal for teams and clubs to access online content and teaching materials, including the actual classes.

For the trainers and coaches that enjoy teaching, we provide all of the tools to help them seamlessly incorporate yoga into their training (sequences, playlist, pose tutorials, etc.). For the coaches and trainers who'd rather press play and have us do it, that's an option too.

not all yoga is created equal.

It's not enough to just add yoga. Just like it's not enough to just do drills. YogaSport is a style of yoga specifically designed for athletes to maximize performance in their given field. These classes focus on gentle movement as a form of recovery. We minimize weight-bearing poses, like chatarunga and down dog, in favor of more supine and reclined stretches.

The science and structure of a yoga class still applies because the science works. It's the poses and the duration of them that is altered. These sequences have been tested over several years, working with every type of athlete. With all of the different styles of yoga, YogaSport offers what many don't - a true recovery. One that settles the mind without taxing the body; One that puts movement first and one that takes the player's experience into account.
